Lost or Damaged Packages

- We are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but not received. Please check with your local post office or neighbors.
Address Changes & Order Issues
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If you need to make changes, contact us immediately at knitarelli@yahoo.com. Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the address.
