Digital PDF Knitting Patterns
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of PDF knitting patterns are final. Once purchased, patterns cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged. If you experience any issues accessing your file or believe there is an error in the pattern, please contact us at knitarelli@yahoo.com for assistance.
Yarn Purchases
We accept returns on unused, unwound, and unopened yarn within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the yarn must be in its original condition, free from odors, pet hair, and damage.
Return Process:
- Contact us at knitarelli@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Ship the item back to us at a return address provided. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once we receive and inspect the yarn, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 days.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us within 10 days so we can arrange for a replacement.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale or discounted yarn
- Custom-dyed or special-order yarn
